I am very concerned about how hard it is for professionals in the business to migrate to teaching. There is an incredible amount of hoops to jump through for one of the lowest paying professional positions in our society. I personally know many people who are unable to teach because of these hoops. I realized these standards were put in place with good intentions, however, they are really hurting education by keeping many professionals from migrating.
